Quality and Customer Champion: Drove a 63% Decrease in Customer Complaints with Total Employee Involvement and at the same time Reducing Clean Room (ECA) Micro Positive Levels by 70% using Continuing Education Programs and CAPAs; Plus Directed Program to decrease Product Quality Holds by 45% from 4.6% to 2.53% using Six Sigma Methodology
