Provide consulting services for Operational Teams by reviewing the Company Processes; Analyzing and Assessing Operational Data; Root Cause Analysis Investigation and Report Writing; Onsite Observation of Manufacturing, Packaging and Distribution Operations; Consultation and Guidance of Transportation, Storage, and Sterilization Processes; Professional Leadership, Coaching and Mentoring of Multi-Company Cross-Functional Teams from Manufacturing, R&D, Quality and Process Development; Managing and Performing Process Validation, Supplier Quality, and Design Control requirements per FDA, DEA and ISO regulations.

Additionally, work with companies to increase both Short-Term and Long-Term Profitability by increasing Throughput and Minimizing Variability.
