Additionally, work with companies to increase both Short-Term and Long-Term Profitability by increasing Throughput and Minimizing Variability. Specifically, identify and significantly improve the Critical Business Processes of companies by utilizing Cause and Effect Analysis and Six Sigma Methodology, Develop and Implement Performance Management Tools to ensure Successful and Sustained Employee Buy-In and execution of Job Responsibilities and create Strategies that Leverage the achieved Process Improvements to reduce Costs and Increase sales.
